The project, redone

I rebuilt the delay-prediction method I used in my 2019 master's graduation project, changing one thing at a time.

The project's method and the renewed one are compared on the same data. One thing changes at each step, and its effect on how well the model tells late flights from on-time ones is shown. So is the trap where the model's accuracy falls below simply calling every flight on time.
