Over my working life I have held responsibility in different areas: customer relations, project, product and performance management. That experience taught me to look at a problem from several sides and to connect day-to-day operations with long-term goals.
I start by trying to understand which problem is worth solving and what the solution needs to change. Then I set the priorities and bring together the knowledge and tools it takes. Implementing the solution, measuring its results and improving it are part of the same responsibility.
Analytics and AI are part of this way of working. The applications here show how I work on different questions.
