Published 1911 (A) and sole author Fisher died in 1947, so life+70 ended in 2017 (B); the one caveat is that Brown is on the title page, and if he counted as co-author B would fail (protection to the end of 2045). Held as unchecked (D-045): if Brown counts as co-author, test B fails until 2045.
